Healthy Applesauce Muffins

Preheat over to 180C or 375F.

Mix together Bowl 1
1 cup rolled oats
1 jar APPLETASTIC Applesauce (380g)
1/3 cup milk (or dairy free milk)
1 tsp vanilla
50g butter softened
  -  (up to 57g for 1/4 cup if you prefer to measure)
1/4 cup honey

Mix together Bowl 2
1 cup flour (GF flour for lower gluten recipe)
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon

Now mix the two bowls together!
Pour into muffin cups.

Optional toppings: Mix together brown sugar and chopped walnuts and sprinkle on top.

Pop in the over for 15-20 mins.
Let cool for 5-10 minutes and enjoy!

GLUTEN FREE OPTION: Add another 1/2 cup
of GF flour instead of oats.
